Current preview

Listings marked as samples are demonstrations, not offers to sell those sample products. While the site displays its preview notice, no payment is collected and no products ship from test requests.

Requesting an order

Submitting a request saves your selections and contact information. It does not collect payment or automatically confirm acceptance of an order. Save the reference number shown after submission. We contact you to confirm availability, the final total, payment arrangements, shipping, and any product-specific conditions before asking you to pay.

Provide accurate contact and shipping details. Use delivery notes only for information relevant to the request. Do not send card numbers or sensitive health information through the website or ordinary email.

Prices, availability, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. The bag subtotal covers products only. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are confirmed before payment. Available payment methods are explained directly when the request is reviewed; the website does not process payments.

Stock indicators reflect the website's available inventory and remain subject to final confirmation. If a price or availability error affects a request, we will contact you before accepting it. We will obtain your agreement before substituting a product or changing the amount to be paid. Any promotion conditions are stated with the offer.

Shipping

The website accepts US shipping addresses. We confirm whether we can ship the selected products to your destination before payment. Shipping cost, an expected shipment date, and any special delivery conditions are provided as part of that confirmation. Preparation for shipment follows confirmation and receipt of payment.

If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will notify you and provide the delay or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. Please contact us promptly to correct an address or report a delivery problem.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Before you pay, ask us to confirm the cancellation and return conditions for the specific products, including eligibility, timing, any return-shipping costs, and how a refund would be issued. Do not pay until those conditions and the full order total are clear to you. No blanket all-sales-final rule is established by this page.

To request a cancellation or report a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, email b.hack.hub@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the appropriate instructions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Read each product's label, ingredients, directions, and warnings before ordering or using it. Website information is not individualized medical advice. Product-specific eligibility or destination restrictions, if applicable, must be confirmed before purchase. Sample descriptions and images should not be relied on as final product specifications.

Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to the owner dashboard or another person's information. Content and images remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable law.
